Work Permit

Work Permit Requests & Work Experience Class

Follow the steps listed:

1. Complete the work permit application and return to Mr. Chancer
2. All 3 sections must be complete (student, employer, and student/parent signature).
3. Students must have a 2.0 GPA to be eligible.  We will check your GPA.
4. Once the work permit is issued, the student will be notified by Mr. Chancer.
