Frontier’s Emergency Medical Responder Pathway gives students an understanding of what it takes to be a first responder. Students learn to evaluate and initiate immediate, lifesaving care to patients by going through emergency simulations to emulate real-life challenges. Not only do they gain hands-on experience, but they utilize current technology and cutting-edge techniques. Students will learn skills that will not only help them in college but in their careers as well – including team building, stress management, and leadership skills. The integrated, immersive and work-based learning gives students a hands-on experience with practices used in the medical field today.
